This is my absolute FAVORITE bread and drink spot (boba/ juices) the staff are the KINDEST sweetest people ive ever experienced!!! they called me and were out of the Marble Taro and was so apologetic and asked if I like anything els and I told them some favorites and they literally threw in 5 extra desserts and breads that they thought I'd love Which I DO! I cant thank you enough you truly made my day!!! What kind and generous people you are <3 just wow, I highly recommend this place its prices are BEYOND FAIR!! Like I cant believe the prices because the quality is top notch! You are so appreciated and I'll be a customer as long as youre around. Thank you so much for everything. This place is 100/10 amazing.
And PS- they are so generous with the taro filling in the Marble Taro it is heavy and stuffed and the taro is so creamy ad delicious I have become addicted to it !! :)

The Taro Lavender Latte ICED LARGE was the best I've ever had. it had a perfect blend of all flavors.
The Marble Taro had the perfect amount of sweetness and the bread was also high quality ❤️

I am new to San Jose, originally from Los Angeles. We have the Cuban chain, Portos, there. I asked a coworker if there was a bakery shop with tasty small bites, pastries, and desserts. So glad to have found a Japanese version. Tasty, affordable, great design 😄

Please do better packaging. The tarts came all crushed because the box was too big for 4 tarts. The drink is a little bit sweeter than it's supposed to be 50%. I usually came to this store to buy and it's always good but since I have my newborn, it's more convenient to order for delivery. And this is my first order home.

I always order a lot of pastries but they do not put it in the box instead delivers in plastic bag . You are selling food to eat , follow the proper hygiene and protect your products from any contamination or bacteria
