Born and raised in Texas, and this is by far the best smoked barbecue I've had in a long time. The brisket is absolutely amazing. Excellent bark, extremely juicy, and passes the bend/hang/pull test flawlessly. Crack beans and pork belly are on point as well. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

The sweet potatoes may be the best I've had. And I've had a lot of sweet potatoes. Chili was AH-MAZING. Seriously so good.
