We normally love this restaurant. This time however, the packaging was horrendous. Everything spilled and all the boxes were soggy and the bag was falling apart. We had the mixed Side Mixed Salad (good), Side Creamed Spinach (good but bland), Pretzel (wasn't in our soaked completely torn open bag), Jägerschnitzel (spatzle was tender and delicious but the pork was DRY), Wiener Schnitzel (potatoes were good but the pork was also REALLY dry), and the salads that came with our mains were really good (greens were fresh and dressing was delicious). Hoping this was an off night but was very disappointed with our order overall tonight.

The best authentic German food in Norcal. The bratwurst, mashed potatoes, and sauerkraut were great, only missed the sliced Bauernbrot. Potatoe pancakes were delicious. The schnitzels are tasty too. I hope someday to see Knödel on the menu. Maybe during the holidays? Wirklich ausgezeichnet. Danke!

Butter lettuce was very wilted and just looked sad. The Wiener Schnitzel was delicious! Crispy, juicy and tender. The potatoes could have used a bit more seasoning.
