I ordered Baker’s Dozen Bagels with Shmear many times, and was orettyhapoy with all my oreviousorders. but yesterday's bagel quality was not good. All the plain bagles look like they were not fully baked, and tasted doughy.

The bagels were amazing but I purchased a large hot mocha and received an Iced latte. This is the third time they have messed up my beverage. Very disappointing

The texture/consistency of the egg white patty seemed a little "off":
parts of it seemed "finely crumble-y" (the best description I can think of).
Also, I ordered an Everything bagel for my son, but they gave me a plain bagel instead.
My husband loved his blueberry bagel.

Ordered both breakfast and lunch items. Both were delicious!
Also ordered 2 iced beverages (latte and iced tea) and they still had plenty of ice when delivered. So great on a hot day! Thank you :-)
