My burger was spicy without any spice requested, it had burned to a crisp cheese and black unidentifiable pieces between the patties. Thoroughly disappointed.

The BIG Deal is really a great deal! The burgers are always delicious and the fries are seasoned! We order this at least once a month and it never disappoints

Food always comes as ordered which has been kind of rare with restaurants in TK recently. Even with the very specific requests, it has always come exactly as ordered and tastes delicious. Good food and good price for what you get :)
