Exceptional food, large portions you definitely receive your money's worth. Each dish came with sides like sesame bean sprouts, bean paste stew, pickled radish, lettuce with a soy glaze, kimchi,perfect for wrapping all together for a perfect bite. The Galbi was sweet, savory, and the perfect amount of spice. The kimchi soup definitely delivered and was very hearty where most other places have been mostly broth. The short ribs were amazingly cooked, mind-blowing char flavor, and the salty sweet marinade was perfectly balanced. Overall, it is a great dining experience.

DISCLAIMER: Maybe the dishes are answered acquired taste. I originally wanted rice noodles but decided to try glass noodles, Japchae 잡채 . This dish lacked flavor and had an awkwardly mushy texture. (I may chop this up to having been delivered versus eating in-store.) The Fried Dumplings 만두 were a bit more flavorful but had minimal filling. (See image.) To truly enjoy either dish REQUIRED the sauce. I personally wouldn't order here again by choice, but if I had to, I'd reconsider the dumplings.
