chicken finger plate was scrumdiddlyumptious. large drink is truly large! texas toast meets any and every expectation. only downside is crinkle cut fries (ew).

Didn't get the sauce I requested. The coleslaw was in the styrofoam container instead of a separate container, so the juice leaked all over the fries and chicken fingers. The portion of fries was really skimpy. I usually love Zaxbys and order often, but this was so disappointing.

My only complaint is that they didn't anticipate how obsessed id be with the nuclear sauce and force me to order more. Been out of zaxbys territory for 5 years. Glad to be back. Great chicken, great fries, great sauce.

Got the Big Zax Snak® Meal and I ended up not only without fries but also an extra piece of toast, with one of them being drenched in butter (not even toasted), to make up for the lack of fries, I guess. The sweet tea was good, and the tenders were hot at least.
