slaw had a weird taste. fries have no seasoning/flavor. strips are so small. the flavor and quality have gone downhill. used to be a favorite fast food, but this ain't it. the Dr. Pepper was good. overall, this is not worth $16.50.

Zaxbys should give some pointers to the Chinese restaurants in town on how to make the best egg rolls! The Asian sensation salad is my favorite! The chicken is amazing and not rubbery like some fast food restaurants salads!

The Asian Zensation Zalad™ was significantly smaller this time! Not sure if it's because I ordered it with shrimp instead of chicken? Shouldnt make a difference though because I paid more for the shrimp. If I wanted a salad this size I would have ordered Wendys and saved some money too.

The Big Zax meal came with exactly 10 fries. My sauce was stuffed in the middle of the fries and I automatically knew there was barely any. Cookies were fine, but definitely not fresh. I ordered through door dash because I do not get a lunch break, so if I was able to drive to the store I would. I used to love this place, however it's failed too many times lately and I wouldn't recommend wasting your money for how little you get. My driver was super friendly though and did a great job!

The Cobb Zalad® was missing the bacon and egg, and the funnel cake was a bit overcooked. Just dipped it in the Carmel and it was still tasty! Fried Pickles were perfect! Food was all fresh, and delicious regardless.
