First time ordering from this place, mango mousse and lemon marscapone cake was delicious. Will order them again

The slices were shockingly small for the price. I'd call it more if a sliver than a slice. Red velvet and chocolate cake were dry and the cheesecake was disappointing. Lemon marscapone was delicious but again not worth the price for the size. Absolutely not worth it.

Ordered 2 slices of cake, one was a slither that was falling apart and the other was far too rich. It seems like the quality of the cakes offered has declined since about summer of last year (2024).

Super small. Wacky packaging. Taste not at all for the value. Dont order here. Safeway better :) othe small biz's better.

One of the drinks was the wrong flavor. I order a Peach Tea Snapple and and a Raspberry Tea Snapple. They gave me a kiwi strawberry Snapple insteadand I really like and prefer the Raspberry iced tea much more. I specifally in my instructions to call me if they didn't have that flavor and to contact me and not refund or replace it with another flavored drink and this dessert place did whatever they wanted and never contacted me and I really don't like the kiwi strawberry flavored Snapple that much and now I HAVE TO SETTLE FOR THIS FLAVOR INSTEAD, eventhough my instructions also said to not give me restaurant's recommendation if they are out of stock of my drink in which they just gave me a different flavor anyways. What is the point to have the option of what to do if they don't have my own desired option of how I would like to be satisfied, and to have the choice of firm of communication and to try to decide the outcome of the matter when this restaurant didn't follow the instructions and many restaurants have poor communication and don't respond to the customer's request?! This is a real habit with these restaurants. They just want to get the orders over with most of the time an many times just care about getting oyrbusibess and money. These aren d good practices at all. We as customers deserve to have proper and professional customer service in order for them to keep us coming back again to use their service and to hiero being their customers. This is upsetting. We should get what we ordered and what we paid for or at least get reciprocity from them. At least they got the Peach Tea Snapple right and I received all my desserts, but for what they charge for their desserts their portions are small for an expensive treat. It would be nice if they were bigger so we could get our money's worth and be more satisfied, but all in all at least their desserts are flavorful and neatly made before they cut it up. They are fresh, fluffy and or rich, but not too too sweet either. They are soft but not soggy and not overcooked or ever burnt or really broken up upon arrival unless the dasher doesn handle our orders on a nice manner without outle items getting all bang up, spilled allover and leaked on. Everyone needs to slow down a little more and take their time , so orders are correct and nicely packaged. No one wants food or drinks all over their bags of food from their orders with everything mixed together ruining the taste of the food, just because the people and managers are in too much of a hurry, can sometimes be inconsiderate too and are too cheap to use extra bags for our orders so we can receive food and dinks in good condition especially when we pay more for these items, since the restaurant and DoorDash help each other out by paying each other for profit and since they benefit from our money and business. We as customers benefit as well especially when we get proper and professional customer with compliance and good communication between them and us so everyone wins. Well anyhow, the strawberry cheesecake was good , but it would be better if they put some syrup and fresh, ripe and sweet strawberries on top of their Strawberry Cheesecake, so it will be more authentic and really good. It would also be nice if we as customers had the options to chose to have the restaurant put whipped cream and or a cherry ontop for a little bit extra money. That would be great and more appealing if the restaurant offers these types of requests and used or took mine and others' suggestions. It would bring more customers and keep them coming back for me. Also a little bit of chocolate syrup or caramel sauce on top of their yummy David’s Brownies and chocolate chips, toffee, white chocolate or the choice of butterscotch chips inside too. Different options and flavors are nice and appealing customers. It is nice to have variety and different combos and creations. They could also put a little bit of whipped cream and or some fresh mangoes on top of Mango Mousse Cake with mango syrup ontop would be delicious and fancy too and or Adam's Fantastic Cakes could give customers the choice to have strawberries, cherries or mixed berries on top and or inside of their chocate cakes too with berry syrup in and or on top of their cake. These are just my suggestions to maybe improve business and customer satisfactions
