My new favorite place! Can't wait for location to open back up so I can finally go in person. Tastes like it was made at home with love. Love the mac and also the fried chicken. Tried the fish for the first time and it was so tasty (just wish it was a bigger portion like the chicken portion). Will be coming back again to try the gumbo I saw on ig!!

This is honestly the best southern food i've had. I've had delicious southern cuisine, annie's soul delicious, and not to mention my own home cooking/what I grew up on.
It was worth the wait for me. I'd order again and again x10.
The Catfish was crispy and not too salty. The red beans and rice was cooked just right (other places can't get the rice right). The mac and cheese is soo good- not too much cheese and not too dry. Cornbread, Yams were the most perfect out of all of it.
I have no complaints about anything at all.

As a Southern girl who moved to LA, I am so happy to find this place. I've tried so many soul food restaurants here, but all left me disappointed. This is the best in LA hands down.

Catfish I loved the Catfish, the Mac n cheese and the yams were seasoned, mixed, and baked to perfection. but, they ran out of Kool-aid... c'mon, and on Black History month...
