When hot, place a slice or two in the pan (optional: cover the pan to melt the cheese a bit more). 3. In a minute or two, the bottom will be dry and crisp as if it came out of our pizza ovens! Build Your Own Pie
All pies come with our house made NY sauce and Grande mozzarella cheese. We make our dough and sauce daily, and shred cheese daily. We make all pies by hand and on deck ovens.
