I grew up in southwest florida & have missed Cuban food dearly. So glad when I discovered Aazucar was located in the foodtruck park down the street from my house. Everything was great- my son said their pepperoni pizza was delicious. I had the ropa vieja and the fried shrimp & it was so flavorful! They DO NOT skimp on portion size at all! I literally ate off of one plate for 3 days lol I do wish my platanos were a sweeter, but that's just a personal preference. Can't wait to order again!

This is my 2nd time ordering from Aazucar and the Cuban Sandwich was not disappointing, very delicious and plentiful. Tostones also were good - I would actually be OK if they provided less if they added a garlic mojo with the tostones.

I wish I had taken pictures. Tonight I am reordering the Cuban sandwich and the tostones; which was super satisfying the last time I ordered it, not to mention the portion size, big enough to share with or save as leftovers.
The Ropa Vieja did not disappoint; reminded me of growing up in NJ and having dinner at my Cuban friend's home.

Wow! The Empanadas de Carne / Meat Empanadas are PACKED with flavor I was pleasantly surprised! The Sándwich Cubano / Cuban Sandwich is great just needs a little more sauce on it!
