Can't believe it took me 4 years to find this place! Their bagels remind me of NY style bagels for sure. The lox was really good. Tasty cold brew. Will DEFINITELY be ordering more things from Abel's!

Food always is so good just had a bad experience WAITING for the food. If I put in a pick up order at 8:50am, why did it take until 9:30 for the order to come out? It's one thing to say "i apologize for the wait" but we were told "just wait, 5 minutes." The staff were busy talking to each other to notice us waiting since 9:00. It was kind of ridiculous. Love this place for the food, but kind of makes us not want to come for a while. I guess because the owner wasnt there so they didnt care to get this out to us in a timely manner. We were in a rush this morning and paid more to order ahead just to wait that long. A woman who came in after us and ordered in got her order before us.

Quality of the food is always great. Staff isn't though. They see you and don't acknowledge you until it's convenient for them. There were a total of 3 people in the restaurant. It's not like they were busy. They all looked me in the eye and then went back to what they were doing instead of acknowledging a customer was waiting.

This place is great. I would say the Quarter Pound Cream Cheese is barely enough for 2 bagels so just get the larger size. Also best to order them not toasted withthe cream cheese and then make it at home. Their bagels are fantastic
