Was so exited to try the Ferrero Rocher Waffle, didn't even recive the right waffle but was to late to contact as they were already closed. Tried contacting them all day to only get into contact with them at 8:30pm the next day and then they just hang up on you after you tell them. Not even a sorry or anything.
