The Hazelnut Tantanmen is the best Vegan Ramen that I ever had! The Cashew crumples ad a nice chew and the Hazelnut broth is perfectly spicy and has a good thickness to it! Highly recommended!

Hazelnut Tantanmen is delicious. Not very heavy on the bok choy or mushrooms, so add extra if you like more veg. The Nigiri Chu-Toro was a single, small piece. Pretty misleading when photo shows two.

Tantanmen was pretty lean, mostly broth. Was also lukewarm upon arrival. Salad is a pretty standard, just greens, tomatoes, and dressing. Karaage is tasty, but not at all crispy. Nothing was bad, nothing was great. I get it, end of the shift. But damn, won't spend $50 this way again.

The Tonkotsu Tantanmen was quite the let down. Way over priced. I love ramen and have found some great spots in Portland, but this does not make the list. Toro Maki was ok. Honestly could've found the same satisfaction with some sushi from Freddies
Wont be ordering from here again.

Super disappointed. If I pay over $20 for a single food item, it should at least be filling. The noodles were nice enough, but the broth in both the soups was bland and it only came with 2 slices of zucchini, 2 carrot match sticks, 2 transparent radish peelings and a pittance of chopped greens. I 'm still hungry. At least offer a full container of broth, salty water won't cost you anything. I wish I had just made a $2 package of ramen at home. Not a fan of the gyoza either, more blandness.
