They're always quick to finish orderes, especially around the 3-5PM mark when there are lots of students. Their drinks are pretrt sweet, so I'd recommend staying around the 50% or lower range. Overall, consistently good!

The "coleslaw" that's supposed to come with the Taiwan Spicy Fried Chicken with Coleslaw 椒麻雞 was shredded lettuce, and I think the meat in the Fried Lobster Ball (6 Pcs) 炸龍蝦球 was that fake crabmeat stuff. All tasted good just not as expected...
