• DoorDash orderI just had the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen with extra Chashu (Pork Belly)—and let me tell you, it was phenomenal! For $18.25, this bowl absolutely delivered on flavor, comfort, and satisfaction.
The broth was rich, creamy and deeply savory with that perfect umami punch that only tonkotsu and miso can bring together. Skipping the wood ear and mushrooms didn’t take away from the experience at all—it actually let the other ingredients shine even more.
Now, let’s talk about that extra chashu—incredible! The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with just the right amount of char and fat. Every bite was a moment of pure ramen bliss. Honestly, I could eat a whole plate of just the chashu and be happy.
Portion-wise, it was super satisfying and totally worth the price. If you’re a ramen fan (or just a fan of good food), this is one bowl you don’t want to miss. I’ll definitely be back for another round soon!
