My family absolutely loves the Kyoto Roll (10) from Akita Sushi and Hibachi. These rolls are a culinary delight, particularly when enjoyed without the lettuce wrap. Akita Sushi stands out as the best sushi spot near Woodbury. Unlike other establishments where the rice can be hard and the freshness inconsistent, Akita Sushi consistently serves fresh and flavorful sushi. The crab meat is incredibly tender, practically falling apart, while the rice is soft and melts in your mouth. This place is a gem for sushi lovers and comes highly recommended!

Great sushi! the portions are good for the price. The Tempura Roll (10) is a standout roll. I haven't found similar for the same price anywhere in the East Metro.

Ordered the Kyoto Roll (10 Pieces) via Door Dash. I received my order (which was a beautiful pink-colored roll) with 2 extra pieces! I wonder if this was a mistake, or a thank-you from the restaurant for ordering before they opened :-) Either way, this customer is happy and will return

The avocados in many of the rolls were spoiled. What a disappointment! We spent almost $200 for our meal. Akita is one of our favorite restaurants, so we were really looking forward to all our favorite rolls. Haven't had the Unagi handrolls before. Looked too scary to even try. Sad.
