Pretty sure they season food in southern cuisine.
Both the boneless thighs and the Signature Southern Burger was almost bang on the finish line with great texture, temp and coating but the absolute lack of seasoning is such a disappointment. 3/5.
Seasoning is paramount.

Delivery was late compared to the initial ETA given but that could be due to the rainy weather . good portion and taste was good. however the fried chicken was was super oily. refer to the photo of the box. the bottom part was all soaked wet with oil. the base of the paper bag was all also oily as well.
