Usually this flower shop makes the best bouquets, but this time it was all purple and yellow. Looked almost like a laker fan made it. Not the best taste for a mixed flower bouquet. Only 2 types of flowers and looks a little awkward the way it was assembled.

I ordered a dozen roses and got a random flowers with sunflowers instead. Tried to get it fix but they said its too late to complaint about this issue because of their policy. Mocompensstion was made.
Next time make sure they deliver the right product and not whatever they want to deliver.
Ridiculous decision and not taking care of the customers knowing they make the mistake
