Ordered the kahuna size but the bowl was essentially less than half full, the rice was undercooked and still pretty hard as well. The portion sizes for the protein were very small too, although it was fresh . Disappointing because Aloha used to be my favorite poke place, the other locations (on Madison) fill their bowls to the brim. Here you would have to eat 2 Kahunas to be full.

Never had this happen before at aloha but it seems like the ratio of rice to protein is minimal (imitation crab was add $1.25 but amount was fine. The bowl was mainly rice which was disappointing.

Ironically named, the Big is about half the size of an average poke bowl for about the same price as competitors. Do not go in on an empty stomach because you will leave still hungry. What you do get, is an exquisite appetizer for the meal you will undoubtedly get after.

The rice in my poke bowl was hard. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and they used the solid overcooked rice. The fish was okay, but for the price the size of the bowl wasn't really worth it to me. I have had poke bowls 10x better than this.
