I love that I can be at work and still get comfort food. The BBQ chicken strips were well sauced, the ranch dressing tastes like homemade, the fries were crispy but soft inside, and the onion rings...... OH MY GOSH ... they were the most perfect onion rings I have ever seen! Aboslutley delicious!

Tasted great but the portion was pretty pathetic especially the chicken strips, they were the size of nuggets and I got 4. They are also not the same breading as pictured, the breading on the ones I got was similar to Dairy Queen. The honey mustard was really really good.

Order the same food two days in a row to see how their consistency is and the first day was absolutely perfect today's tho was an embarrassment. The first day the chicken strips were juicy fully cooked and packaged very well and today they were undercooked no raw and packaged poorly. The honey mustard was spilled everywhere in the box. The grilled cheeses on the first day were perfectly toasted. Had a good crunch. Had two different types of cheeses. The cheese came apart perfectly today one type of cheese the bread was mushy not toasted at all and cold.  I had a very high opinion of this establishment, but lately they have been slacking.

We love the chicken bucket but the last few times we ordered the slaw, it was half full and dry. Very disappointing. I hope this can be corrected in the future.

you'd think condiments would be included with the order such as catsup and salt with onion rings but I guess that i had to ask for them to be included otherwise a very good order, the chicken bucket was done very well where the breasts were coiked through, and wings were not overly cooked. Just a very well prepared fried chicken, the onion rings were made with real sliced onion rings and not formed diced onions which were perfectly cooked, leaving the onions tender and the breading crunchy and golden brown. Good stuff, glad I had a bottle of catsup to complete the meal. will order again, next time with a request that I get condiments included.
