Food is always great! The Tiramisu is about half the size of what's pictured for $8.25. It is so good but not worth the price for such a small portion. That's my only complaint.

Great flavor on SM Calzone but the quantity of sausage and pepperoni very lacking for price. And very poor packaging as far as to go boxes for Spaghetti and Meatballs carboard that soaked in sauce

I've been to every pizza place in Citrus County, and Angelo's is the best in the county by far. Some places get some things right, but something is always lacking-- the crust is too chewy with no crunch or pop to it, the sauce is too watery, or the pizza undercarriage is too rubbery. Not Angelos. Everything is right. Their crust is perfect, the cheese, but especially the sauce, are on point. The sauce is RICH and tastes of a higher quality than most here.
I tried to tell myself only one pizza this weekend...I just had their pizza 2 days in a row, and I'm usually strict with my diet. There's crack in the sauce or something...

Chicken was awesome...pasta was def too undercooked to eat. Salad was great but you need to include 2 dressings for such a large salad. Garlic knots had great flavor but were way too dry. Overall it was worth the $$ but hopefully next time these few things are fixed.

New York pizza in Citrus County? Yes, it exists, and you can get it at Angelo's. The crust was perfect. The pie was loaded with delicious cheese and sauce-- the sauce was absolutely filled with flavor. I could eat the pie with just sauce and still be satisfied. The sauce is good enough to carry itself.
I also had the garlic knots, and while they were good, the sauce that came with it made it mouth wateringly tasty.
Their sauce is liquid crack.
