Maybe I just don't like indian food but the butter chicken had so much spices it was kind of overwhelming, it was really good with rice to tone it down a bit. The garlic naan sucked, it was somehow bitter??

We have been reviewing all of the Indian restaurants in the area. So far, Anjappar is in the lead. The flavors are bold, they know how to spice and they have a decent selection. A couple of notes: They should use less oil in their cooking. Sometimes their dishes have pools of oil. It can be a put off. Also, sometimes an extensive use of whole cardamom. This would be the number 1 Indian restaurant in the triangle if they could solve those two. Try it.

The Street Style F.Rice-Chicken was good and the Chennai Style Chilli Chicken Dry had a hint of sweetness if thats what youre in the mood for.
The Rose Milk had more color than flavor.

Food was flavorful and extraordinary.
But the quantity is not worth half the price.
