Unfortunately it was disappointing!
I don't believe the meatballs were "handrolled" but they weren't the worst. They were just about as good as the frozen kind in Costco.
The bread was GREAT, so they have the foundation for a good meatball sandwich.
The chicken was a frozen breast that was microwaved, which was disappointing & gross.
The raviolis were gross & typical frozen type.
the salad & spinach were great & the cesar & blue cheese dressing was awesome!
this place would kill it if they actually grilled their chicken breasts & made a nice meatball (they're not difficult to make, but make a huge difference)
I hope they see this & make changes.

Speed was prioritized over quality. Pizza was par-baked instead of crispy and was missing a topping. The caprese salad was $2-3 too expensive in relation to the portion size you receive. Cannolis were great!

Service stinks. Calls on you then talks to other customers without giving us the pizza. Burns the pizza says he had to make another. Gives us the burnt pizza and a couple extra slices to make up for burning the pizza. Seriously wrong!
