I always order the fried turkey and the brown rice it's so good. I'm overly obsessed with the picklez but for some reason I did not receive any with my most recent order. :( will still order again hope this doesn't happen again.

Tassot / Fried Goat with Fritay( Akra, Marinade, Banan) the overall flavor is good. but I only relieved 2 plantain in the order and I didn't receive any akra.

The restaurant is not a bad restaurant.
The food 70% out of time. is good. the rest 30%. it's Rather the black bean burnt or the rice burnt. that's also not good you have a restaurant you are not cooking at home. you cooking for hundreds of people that are trying the restaurant for the first time. first impression is always key
The portion for food is also very little for the price people are paying plus the doordash tip they giving make it unreasonable to order food if the food is coming that small
what I would recommend?
#1 work on your front desk. to be nicer understand the customer plus speak English
#2 bring a good management system that keep everybody in line and in check someone can report to at any time
#3 bring a good recipe and a good chef to keep the food in check and put them out at the right time so they won't be burnt
if you guys take care of all that, you guys will be one of the best restaurant in Orlando

The soup was good except for the last 2 orders the beef had a weird taste to it that I didn't like its unexplainable I can tell that it wasn't washed with lime, lemon nor vinegar please correct that I love soup and I enjoy the Soup Joumou /and I don't want to stop ordering on Sundays but if I order again and the beef has that same taste I'll have no choice but to stop ordering and I know there's others that agree with what I'm saying overall I really enjoy the soup
