Food is good and it came in tact. Had tamper proof tape. The tea was good (as in the ice wasnt melted and the cup soggy). It looked like they had packed it with care. DD is hit & miss. This was a good one ! I would order from this location again.

unfortunately, this dish the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp was not as good at this location. was much better in the Fultodale location outside of Birmingham. This location dried out the chicken and had so much black pepper on the shrimp it was inedible. Birmingham Applebee's 5 stars. Florance Applebee's 1 star.

The food was AWFUL! Steak was tough and hard to cut along with FLAVORLESS:(
The garlic mashed potato's were obviously instant potatoes and the Mac n cheese barely had a taste. Only thing good was the onion rings. Save yourself and go to Outback, it's cheaper to dash and delicious

Shrimp Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl was great, but the The Classic Combo had no condiments like marinara for the cheese sticks or sour cream or anything seems like for 18 dollars they would at least make sure you had those..disappointed

Everything was good but they let someone leave with my order, so I had to wait for it to be cooked again and my dasher to deliver. I order because I work overnights so I'm usually on a time crunch... I was not happy having to wait and then rush to be on time.
