• DoorDash orderribs was dry and tough...they wasn't falling off the bone as advertised..poor chose on my part. I know not to order them again for 20.00 and a handful of fries...

• DoorDash order12 oz. Ribeye* steak was a hockey puck. It's as if they rinsed the steak with water before putting on the grill to remove any and all poss seasonings from the steak. Then proceeded to overcook the steak to a chewy, unflavor , embarrassment of a piece of meat. Usually customer service is up to par when it comes to egregious quality suchas this however the "credit" was less than the tip that was given to the dasher, less than the service charge (even though I am a dashpass member). Whoever made this steak needs to choose a different "profession". DoorDash needs to recognize quality doesnt have to suffer for the value of convenience.

• DoorDash orderI order medium steak. NY steak came medium rare. it couldn't eat it it was tough to cut and just wasn't cooked nearly enough.
