Unfortunately, this is one of those stores you should avoid. I've tried them multiple times, but they give the lowest quality meat to DoorDash orders. I've tried mainly steaks, cooked at medium temperature, and it's always a smaller cut than what I paid for, and is filled with hard collegen and excessive fat.

I cant believe that this has to be written. Tonights order from Applebee's was unsatisfactory unfortunately. The The Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger was annihilated. As you see from the receipt, the opportunity was given for the meat to be pink-by the picture, instead it was a charcoal briquette. Normally my husband will eat it and not complain. He ate half because it was like eating a hamburger chip it was so over done. I called the restaurant to bring to their attention and I was told that "the kitchen likes to cook it done so there is no under cooked meat". I would just like to remind everyone ,having food delivered is expensive(overcooking the meat because thats what you like to do and not what the customer asked for is a reason for money to be spent at another restaurant that takes pride in their food/customer service). The Oriental Chicken Salad and the Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo were easy enough and decent. I wanted to leave a survey, but the QR code came back as invalid and there was no option to leave feedback at the phone number provided either. So here we are. If you like to be served food whatever way they want or "like" to make it-go here. If not, find another comparable product elsewhere. It's honestly hit or miss. Some visits are really good, other times they are an epic FAIL, tonight's meal was the latter. On a high note, Alycia C was a pleasure to speak with and very patient. Alycia said she would tell her manager, and speak with the cooks...hopefully explicitives will not be exchanged-I'd just like a good burger. Thank you for your time. Oh, before I forget; the Door Dash driver put my food on the ground instead of the on the provided table that IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR AND WAS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. Oh well, not our night, we got fed so thats the positive position. Have a good one ya'll!

My bbq rib order was missing one of the sides. The hamburger bun was on the burnt side.
