The food is always great, but they have A LOT of problems with not sending the extra sauces/dips that I order. It gets really old having to go in time after time after time to get a refund of $.65 because they leave out that part of my order on a regular basis.

Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp was cooked well and seasoned great, but the portion was so small as a Takeout order. Not worth $19.90 if anything it looked like a kids meal.

Thebacon on the Impossible® Cheeseburger was so salty I had to take it off to eat the burger. I had to throw away my fries because they were extremely salty as if someone deliberately poured salt on them. Very nasty.
