Burnt the hell outta the second rib slab and hid it under the first, and the first one was still a-little tough not worth 30 dollars at all. :(

The salmon was slightly over cooked. It was a small fillet of fish and Iknow that can happen. The green beans tasted tough and stringy, so I assume that they were a little old and did not cook up as tender as they usual do. But it was good enough to eat all of it. Thank you.
