I ordered two sirloins well done, they weren't dry or charred, with great flavor. My double crunch wings were awesome as well. My order was exactly how I placed it. I am kind of picky with my food, so thank you!

I was disappointed. The Brownie Bite was a sliver of brownie with a teaspoon of ice cream, the Oreo® Cookie Shake was watery, and I don't know if the Bourbon Street Steak* was supposed to taste that way but it was too greasy, too salty and too tough for me (nothing like a Longhorn steak. Maybe next time will be better.

the burger had no flavor..the lettuce was old and soggy but the burger wasn't juicy so how did it get that way. the fries was hard n crunchy..this was my first time ordering from them..might be the last. I'm speaking for me candy say for anyone else..it was door dashed to me because I'm in the hospital..that's why I didn't take it back inside

it was definitely better last time I had it, not enough topping on the Neighborhood Nachos Beef this time, barely any meat on top and half the chips where not eatable from being over cooked

Ordered a medium steak and got a super well done steak instead . For the kids meal I asked for cranberry juice and even specified if our to contact me, however , they did not and just stuck me with lemonade which my son doesn't like. Requested a refund through DoorDash for the undersized rubber tire steak Applebees gave me and for the $18.50 meal ( literally just the steak and mashed potatoes ) they only gave me $5 bucks back for the steak as if the potatoes constituted the other 13.50. Will not be ordering from here again . Overall very unpleasant experience.
