• DoorDash orderSome redemption in this order as we tried some new stuff/flavors and were satisfied. The White Queso Dip & Chips was an absolute MISS as the queso was VERY watery and did not taste good at all.

• DoorDash orderFood tastes amazing but im only rating it a 3 because i ordered Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp & the picture shows what i received. No shrimp & I thought there was to be a sauce. Im frustrated because 4 out if the last 5 DoorDash deliveries from different places has resulted in forgotten food or entire dishes. I dont know whos job it is to check the accuracy of orders but please try & improve. I just paid $26 for a piece of chicken & im bummed. On the positive I will say Applebees has the best tasting to-go food. I just wish it was all in the bag.

• DoorDash orderI've reviewed Applebee's several times, and unfortunately, each time it has gone in the wrong direction. The quality of the food, as well as the the attentiveness to order detail is visibly suffering. I've had recent issues with orders, and this order presented me with a missing item (missing Boneless Wings but sealed delivery bag) and an inedible dip with stale chips (White Queso Dip & Chips). The waThree-Cheese Chicken Penne was not great last time, but we have it another try. Our bad decision, and we will not make it again. The Soups & Side Salads (salad) was good, but it was nothing amazing (it's just a side salad). The Double-Glazed Baby Back Ribs were fairly good, but half way through eating a vein or artery presented itself within a bite. Not an unheard of experience (it IS meat), but after the rest of the order experience, it was almost expected and provided the cherry on top.
I might have to sit out Applebee's for a bit before giving it another try.

• DoorDash orderI was very disappointed with the order this time around. While the NEW Hot Honey Glazed Chicken & Bacon Skillet was good, they overlooked "remove mushrooms" which decreased the enjoyment of the item (really hate mushrooms). The White Queso Dip & Chips came with about 2 oz of dip (which WAS good but way too little), but the chips that were provided were obviously old and stale. The Three-Cheese Chicken Penne was fairly good, but we substituted the protein for blackened shrimp: the shrimp was more like steamed then grilled, and lacked any type of "blackened" seasoning, preparation or taste. The Alfredo was also slightly bland, but not too weak. While I wouldn't stop ordering from here, I certainly will rethink certain dishes.
