Steak was very over cooked. Temperature was good though for the entirety of the food.

Oriental chicken salad, subbed salmon for chicken... it slapped. split between two people. It was enough to save the shrimp 'n parmesian sirloin for a couple days. After reheating in the toaster oven... that also slapped, and fed both of us again. Surprisingly good for Applebee's.
