We were missing some of our food. So we have to get a refund. Unfortunately that doesn't fix the issue about the missing food.... but customer service was great about refunding the money.

they didn't give me the sauce I paid for and the bag had a ton of nasty sticky sauce packets on top of my food, that I also didn't order.
