Mozzarella sticks and fries are very crispy and fresh! The Big Game burger is definitely one of the most unique burgers I've ever tried.

got the french dip and curly fries, i really wish the would slice the meat thinner like they used too. the quality just went so down hill. and the fries are more like pieces. out of a large fry i got two that were not tiny pieces instead. used to love arby's but that will be my last time ordering. it has been a while so i was looking forward to it but i was disappointed for sure.

1st time customer. Reuben was good- each element was in the right proportion to be tasted. Bread was fresh. Lemonade had simple ingredients and tasted like it had been made to order. The iced tea did not taste so fresh. 😞 Only other thing I would like to see is a turkey reuben on menu.

The burgers came with 4 items I ordered not to be on my burgers despite the email confirmations, and printed store receipt stating they were not on my burgers. The food tasted stale like it had been sitting and reheated. Burgers were not juicy, and all of the food was cold. The fries had enough salt on them to choke a horse. Not happy with my Arby's order!
