taste is on point. rice and beans are fantastic, plantains nice and sweet, and the beef was flavorful overall. rate the Pabellon Bowl a solid 8 out of 10

Colombian empanadas were some of the best we've ever had - cooked and tasted perfect!! The flavors of the aji sauce are incredible. The Domino Arepa was delicious, just a bit messy but that is to be expected. We also tried all 3 mayo based sauces and they were all great!
