Baingan Ka Bhartha was just filled with red chili powder and was super sour. There was no smoked flavor of the baingan and it was puréed beyond recognition. All I could Tagore was Sour And An insane amount of red chili powder . It needs to be balanced in Spice/ salt/ sour . I could see only chopped onions and peas..
