This is the best hummus I've had at any restaurant. It's perfect.
Everything else is great, too, tbh....their shawarma game is unmatched.

ARP i’s Salad is my go to, such a mix of flavors from the meat to the crispy veggies, it comes with a small side of hummus which is absolutely delish. Try the Stuffed Veggie Grape Leaves (6) with garlic sauce it's a game changer

The lamb shawarma: meat was good; there was maybe 1 teaspoon of tzatziki sauce, and there was maybe I teaspoon of fresh cucumber. The rest was red pepper sauce and chopped up dill pickle. Also, the onions were raw, not sautéed/grilled. I had to pick them off because eating them raw gives me indigestion. Definitely not as described. The cauliflower was tasty but soggy and greasy. The pie was served room temperature. I ordered a cheese one. I received spinach. Maybe it was just an off day, but it was disappointing. I won't eat there again .

Beef Shawarma was amazing. Fried Cauliflower was amazing too. You get a huge portion for beef shawarma. Fried Cauliflower not as much (maybe order 2). I definitely would order again.

Amazing food, but very bad service. If you're picking up expect a lot of resistance and attitude even when you're just following the rules, they have a sign that says 2 sauces per sandwich, and yet will give attitude if you ask for the second one.
