We love Arzis. the food is always hot, fresh,and delicious. I had the chicken Kabob tonight, and it was awesome as usual.

The rice is cold ricearoni. I was expecting rice pilaf. The gyro is very crispy and dried out. The chicken is juicy, but both the chicken and the rice is extremely lemon flavored. My husband and I both ordered the Sampler Platter , that's $20 each , definitely disappointing with the only thing really edible is the Grecian sauce and hummus .

Everything was pretty good. I was surprised by the humus. It was cold. Cheese cake had paper on it. I think it's a sin to charge $5.50 for the amount of Grecian sauce and the containers weren't even full. Will not order from them again.

So I'm never one to complain at all and I do eat Arzi's often and at all locations and always order the same Chicken shawarma plate. Tonight the chicken was very bland and not much flavor. The rice has changed from what you used to serve and had such a strong almost perfume like taste and the hummus doesn't look or taste like hummus. It was almost like a tapioca. And I didn't have any grecian sauce. So needless to say, it was disappointing!
Not sure if you have chicken on more than one skewer but the chicken that was in the delicious pasta that we ordered tasted more flavorful than the chicken that was in the shawarma platter.

The rice was horrible, I can't eat it. The gyros and chicken are subpar, and the Grecian lacks true flavor.
