Missing mozzarella cheese on Western omelette. Poorly prepared with ham not diced. Coffee was old / bitter.
Order was not ready when Dasher arrived. When order received - all items were cold.

Every part of the bagel was sooo good, but why on a breakfast sandwich would they leave out the egg and then not follow the special instruction of salt pepper ketchup, need to fix options on the breakfast sandwich to allow multiple selections of toppings otherwise insanely good sandwich

Plenty of lox and followed special instructions but the bagel was missing capers and onions, Roma was missing roasted peppers.

I love this store but the sandwiches were sloppy and cut ridiculously. Not the usual. Disappointed this time.
