Food is burnt and I'm missing items. This location was decent when it first opened. Not anymore. They're consistently horrible. I'll order from the Cinnabon in Dearborn next time which is a Cinnabon/Auntie Anne's combo restaurant.

The Original Pretzel and Mini Pretzel Dogs this store served my family were extremely burnt. This is the second and final time this place has sent me burnt food. They clearly saw this burnt food, put it in a bag and shipped it off to my family. Very disappointing. Horrible service. Wishing I could give them zero stars.

Food was cold , Pepperoni Pretzel Nuggets were hard , Mini Pretzel Dogs weren't filled to the too and some of the hotdogs werent even in the pretzels
