I got 2 different types of pretzel bites and they both tasted stale and touch to chew. also ny freeze was not a freeze anymore when it arrived, I'd reccomend they pour it last minute instead of letting it sit there till the dasher comes.

While I appreciate stores that allow customization of orders, I equally appreciate stores that get my simple order correct. I ordered 3 original pretzels as is: butter and salt. I got 3 pretzels with no salt. Yuck.
