Both my almond pretzel and my cinnamon nuggets were soft, hot and fresh. I was supposed to save one until later and couldn't.

The pretzel dogs were hard and burnt. The original pretzel was hard in burnt as well. Auntie Anne's should be ashamed of this order. 😤 I can't even begin to imagine what kind of workers that is willing to sell stuff like this. I paid almost $24 and couldn't even get my money back for this mess
