The flake was exceptional,firm and flaky, succulent, free of bones, not too oily and white in colour and the chips were perfect, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and cooked right through, 100% best fish and chips in Mount Gambier.

selected chicken salt on the chips and didn't get any salt at all. could be a dasher thing but they were also soggy. burger was decent, egg a little tough.
