The Mini Chimichangas were not exactly what I was expecting. They were supposed to be filled with ground beef, but the texture and taste was more like refried beans. Weren't bad, just not what I was expecting. The quantity was way more than I expected to receive.

the Enchilada Plate was okay. not great. the rice was cooked perfectly, though, and the beans were tasty. the French Toast was cooked perfectly, as were the sunny side up eggs. The bacon is thicker cut and perfect!

The taco salad ingredients from Ayala's are consistently fresh! They have even added an option on the specials menu so I can order an extra Taco shell Only if I like. They are always willing to go above and beyond to please their customers.
