I love when Orange Chicken is extra cooked so that each piece is a new challenge. The Pork Bao/ 鲜汁猪肉小蒸包（3 each） filling was delightfully tiny, with generous extra space inside. They had exactly the amount of flavor and texture I like, which isn't any. The chili oil was very pure: crystal clear without a single flake of pepper in sight. This is exactly how it should be, and I can't wait to have this experience again.

Pork bao had a tiny, sad lump of meat in the middle, and was pretty mid. BBQ pork bun is American BBQ not Char Siu BBQ, picture squishy microwave pulled pork and you're there. Orange chicken entree was outright inedible. Enormous portion, but overdone to the point of toughness, and in strips, not bites, for whatever reason? Chili oil side was gigantic and with okay flavor, but no flakes whatsoever. Bizarre choices across the board. Not even remotely fresh. Lowest possible effort ghost kitchen.
