Salted Caramel is my favorite flavor of all time from babycakes. I also like the babycakes and Chocoholic flavor too. Babycakes is my fav cupcake place in San Diego

We have been here numerous times and the cupcakes have been delicious. Staff is very friendly. Although we have tried many flavors, our favorite is Salted Caramel; other favorites include Pistachio, Oreo and Tres Leches. Came texture is perfect (not dry at all) and the icing is addicting.
