Beef Brisket Burnt Ends were saucy and flavorful and had a nice chew to the brisket.
Scalloped Potatoes I've been thinking about these scrumptious potatoes for a week now, finally got my fix tonight. Cheese, onions and potatoes baked to perfection!

updating previous review, this was easily the worst ordering experience I have had from back 40 to date. the Rare prime rib arrived medium well but worst was the Beef Brisket Chunk that came as a thick chewy tough slice, completely disgusting and dry.

Brisket was delicious, ordered the juicy option. It was very juicy but had almost no smokey crust and 1lb option didn't feel enough for the price.

We have ordered from Back40 forever and have even used their banquet facilities. Last night I decided to splurge on prime rib. I got barely six bites of meat after performing surgery around all the fat. Total waste of money and so disappointed.
Everything else was good.

Took extra pickles to the next level! Don't know if it for fun or because I took advantage of the selector not stopping at yes or no and hit it like 12 times but I received one of their standard takeout side containers loaded with pickles!
As for the food, if you've ever been you know they make flavorful food and serve it in strong portions. May experience a little issue here or there due to it being takeout but I have never seen anything beyond uneven temps or visual issues due to the containers.
