Build Your Own Burger was built a nightmare. The meat was requested well done and I get it medium mediocre. I had to throw the Build.Your Own Burgers away and order something else.

I just didnt like it. The burger was soggy, the panko fried cheese was just too much IMO. Way too much onion, and I like onion. Wouldnt rather more pickles than onion, I think there was 2 total. It was BOGO free, so I guess I have an extra burger for later I suppose. Itll just be even more soggy. The Chicken Tenders were the worst ive had very oily and the panko felt like it was ripping the top of my mouth to shreds. The chicken would come out in chunks rather than in bites leaving the inside hollow. Next time ill just go to smashburger in stead

This place is actually Black Angus Steakhouse. I wouldn't have ordered from there if I'd known. It's mother's day and I ordered pickup for a reason - didn't want to mess with busy restaurants. I arrived when it said the order would be ready and waited 45 mins. When they finally brought the food over, the person said it had been sitting there for a bit and she hadn't seen it because the ticket said "PickUpDanie" instead of my name, even though I repeatedly showed the app when I checked in about the status. My food is lukewarm and I have to heat the fries and zucchini up in the oven because now they're soggy.
